Our products include exotic game (boar, bison, elk, alligator, kangaroo, rabbit, snake, venison, yak), natural meats (beef, goat, lamb, pork, veal), free range poultry, duck breasts, etc. We have an ever increasing variety of gourmet cheeses, both international and domestic. Additional Information: We welcome and are open to the public during normal hours of operation, which are 8AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday, and 8AM to 4PM Friday.

Products and Services: We sell wholesale and retail fruit, vegetables, bedding plants, and shrubs. We have specialized in vine ripened tomatoes and peaches for 30 years and have brokered New York State apples for 50 years.
Additional Information: We are a member of the Pride of New York. In season we carry as much locally grown plants and produce as possible. Our selling area is located in Building 5 warehouse in the Menands Market. We are open for business mid April through October 31st (Easter to Halloween). Days of operation are Monday through Saturday; we're closed Sundays. Hours may vary at the beginning and end of the season. The peak season hours are 4AM to 1PM.
